These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ERP_KYAZZ (the "Service"), a sales and customer relationship management (CRM) platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for use by authorized employees and representatives of organizations that have been granted access. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable agreements with your organization.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations (including Google / Gmail)

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts, such as your Google or Gmail account, to enable features like sending and viewing emails within the CRM. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize ERP_KYAZZ to access and use the relevant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the respective third-party provider. You may revoke this access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited, abusive, or unlawful communications;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Data Ownership

Data you input into the Service, including leads, customers, and communications, remains the property of your organization. We do not claim ownership of your business data and use it only to provide and improve the Service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERP_KYAZZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
