When you connect your Google account to enable email communication features, we may access:

• Your Google account email address and basic profile information, used to identify the connected account.
• Gmail messages and threads associated with your connected account, used to send emails on your behalf and to display related email conversations within the CRM (e.g. linking emails to leads or customers).
• OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) required to maintain the connection to your Gmail account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Data accessed via Google APIs is used solely to provide functionality within ERP_KYAZZ, specifically to:

• Send emails on your behalf from your connected Gmail account.
• Read and display relevant email messages and threads within the CRM interface, so your team can track communications related to leads and customers.
• Associate email conversations with the appropriate records inside the CRM.

We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties, except as required to provide the core functionality described above or as required by law.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and email data are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to authorized personnel and system processes required to operate the platform. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Google account from ERP_KYAZZ at any time from within the Communication settings. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will stop all further data collection from your Google account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Gmail-related data only for as long as your account remains connected and as necessary to provide the service. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us using the details below and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Other Information

In addition to Google account data, ERP_KYAZZ stores information you provide directly while using the CRM, such as account details, leads, customers, and business records entered by your organization.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
